Shipping & Production Information

Production Timeframes

Same Day Production (1 day) - items from our Same Day Category are dispatched the same day you order. Cut off time for same day orders is before 1pm Monday to Friday. If you want to pick up from us you can pick up Same Day products at 4:30pm the same day you order.

Standard Production (5-7 days) - If you need something dispatched urgently on the 5th business day, please reach out to us after ordering so we can make sure it gets dispatched on time for you.
 

Shipping Timeframes

Regular Australia Post (production time + 2-7 days delivery) - $10 flat rate delivery. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched.

Express Australia Post (production time + 1 day delivery) - $15 for the first item, then $1 extra per item after that. Express post is typically overnight unless you live in a rural location.

International (production time + 4-5 days delivery) - $15 flat rate delivery. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched.

Pick Up - You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready, typically within 5 - 7 days. And pick up is from 9 Florence Street, Teneriffe Brisbane, QLD, 4005
